Previously, she advised startups, healthcare organizations, and consumer brands on business formation, contract terms, and advertising and intellectual property compliance.

She holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she earned top marks in business transactions and copyright law, and a B.A. in political science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
