Program Overview.
The Rebate Program offers merchants (each, a “Merchant” and collectively “Merchants”) a $75.00 rebate (the “Rebate”) on home improvement projects (the “Project”) when:
- You have been approved by Finturf as a “Merchant” (i.e. successfully completed Finturf’s merchant onboarding process)(“Approved Merchant”);
- You permit the Project through Energuy; and
- Your customer obtains financing for the Project through a Finturf finance provider.
The Rebate is offered and paid directly by Finturf, LLC (“Finturf”), and is not connected to, or funded by, any Finturf merchant or finance provider.
Eligibility.
To qualify for the Rebate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Be a legal resident of the United States;
- Be an Approved Merchant;
- Finance the Project through Finturf, through Energuy.
Qualifying Projects.
To receive a Rebate, your Project must:
- Have a minimum financed amount of at least $5,000;
- Be financed through the Finturf platform;
- Have permits submitted and pulled through the Energuy platform;
- Have the permit number entered on the payout request; and
- Be completed, paid for, and verified as completed by you and the customer.
Rebate Amount and Payment.
- The Rebate is $75.00 per Project.
- Rebates are issued via check or ACH payment on a monthly basis.
Limitations and Restrictions.
- One Rebate per Project.
- The Rebate may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or incentives unless expressly permitted by Finturf.
- Rebates cannot be assigned, transferred, or redeemed for any payment method other than as provided in these terms and conditions.
- The Rebate is not available in jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Finturf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rebate at any time, without notice.
Merchant Representations and Warranties.
- Merchant is and will remain in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations including consumer protection laws, advertising requirements and data privacy regulations (collectively, “Applicable Laws”).
- Merchant will not engage in any practice that may be considered unfair, deceptive, or abusive act or practice (UDAAP).
- If applicable, Merchant holds, and will maintain at all times, all licenses, permits, and registrations required to offer the goods and services for which it utilizes Finturf to facilitate financing.
- Merchant will not inflate or manipulate financing volume or any part of eligibility for the Rebate.
- All information provided by Merchant to Finturf in connection with the Rebate Program is accurate, true, and complete.
- Merchant will indemnify Finturf from any claims, costs, damages, or penalties that arise from Merchant’s breach of its representations and warranties as herein set forth or in connection with its violation of Applicable Law as it pertains to the Rebate Program.
Disclaimers and Legal Notices.
- Finturf is solely responsible for funding and administering this Rebate. Participating contractors, merchants, and finance providers are not involved in organizing, processing, or issuing the Rebate.
- By submitting a Rebate request, you agree to allow Finturf to verify your Project and your eligibility status.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to any Rebate you receive.
- All personal information submitted in connection with a Rebate request will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
