Subscription Tier Terms and Conditions

Annual Subscription Tier Fees

Finturf operates on a tiered subscription fee structure that includes Basic, Standard, and Advanced tier offerings for each of Finturf’s Merchant Direct Lenders and Consumer Direct Lenders products. Depending on your selected tier, an annual fee will be charged for access to our services and features.

Merchant Underwriting for Merchant Direct Lenders Product

As part of our commitment to maintaining a high-quality platform, all Merchants that sign-up for Finturf’s Merchant Direct Lenders product are subject to an underwriting process. This process involves verifying the identity, reputation, and credentials of the Merchants interested in using Finturf’s Merchant Direct Lenders product and incurs an underwriting fee. No refunds will be provided for the costs associated with merchant underwriting, regardless of the subscription tier, and regardless of underwriting outcome. All fees related to merchant underwriting are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Merchant Direct Lenders Product

If a Merchant successfully passes the underwriting process, such Merchant will be granted access to the Finturf Platform and its services according to their selected subscription tier. In the event an approved Merchant decides that Merchant no longer wishes to access the product, Merchant may request a refund of the subscription fee Merchant has paid. Merchant must inform Finturf within 30 days of Merchant’s approval that Merchant wishes to terminate its subscription. No later than 30 days after Finturf’s receipt of such notice, Finturf will refund the subscription fee paid by Merchant. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for any refund. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method provided during the subscription process.

If a Merchant does not pass our underwriting process, they will not be granted access to Finturf’s Merchant Direct Lenders product. In the event that a Merchant is denied access due to failing the underwriting process, Merchant will be automatically enrolled into Finturf’s Consumer Direct Lenders product subscription at the same subscription tier requested by Merchant under the Merchant Direct Lenders product. Merchant must inform Finturf within 30 business days of Merchant’s receipt of notice of failed underwriting whether they would like to opt-out of the Consumer Direct Lenders annual subscription. Upon such notice and no later than 30 days of Finturf’s receipt of such notice, Finturf will refund the subscription fee paid by Merchant, less an amount equivalent to the cost of the underwriting process. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for any refund. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method provided during the subscription process.

Refund Policy for Consumer Direct Lenders Product

If a Merchant is approved for the Consumer Direct Lenders product and decides within 30 days of its activation and payment of the subscription fee that Merchant no longer wishes to access the product, Merchant may request a refund of the subscription fee paid by Merchant. Merchant must inform Finturf within 30 days of its activation and payment of the subscription to be eligible for a refund of the subscription fee paid. Upon such notice and no later than 30 days after Finturf’s receipt of such notice, Finturf will refund the subscription fee paid by Merchant. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for any refund. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method provided during the subscription process.

Finturf reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice to you.
